3 months agoThe staff at my job ordered lunch at 10:58am the food arrived at 1:30pm. And it was cold we couldn't eat it our lunch was over. They need to hire more delivery people or don't take the order if your over booked. This was a great business last year all our holiday party's we ordered from them.

3 months agoI ordered my lunch and the Moro rice was mixed with old rice some hard some soft some hot some cold and the roasted chicken was warmed up from yesterday it was so over done and dried out it was like wood. And they sat the pans in grease the bag was full of grease mind you I had roasted chicken and rice no grease. it so sad cause I ordered from them all the time. They need more workers food take 2 hours to be delivered.

3 months agoYou might walk past this restaurant and not even notice it, but you'll surely wonder why so many people are going inside. That's because people know that you can eat hearty, delicious, and healthy food here, and it's not expensive at all. This restaurant has a true family atmosphere, and you'll feel like a welcome guest in a hospitable home.

4 months agoVery hospitable and kind team. I called same day for two catering trays, and they accommodated me. Pick up was seamless, I paid and they brought the food out immediately. It was moderately busy during pick up, but they were nice and attentive.

4 months agoI usually order here at least 2 times a month through Grubhub (never been in person), despite taking others opinions on this spot. But today, I learned my lesson and will no longer be ordering from here. The moment I opened the lid to the Breaded steak last night, I can smell the old oil. Never had a bad experience with them before so I thought nothing of it. Now it’s the next day and me & my kid whom also ate from it, felt sick, stomach in pain and have been throwing up all day. This drew the line for me. My last order a few weeks ago, there is only an option for rice & beans but not Arroz con guandules. In the past, I have put it in the notes and they would send it. This time they asked for a CASH up charge of $3 to pay upon delivery. I will never eat from here again.

6 months agoMy dinner here became a highlight of my week. The food balances experimentation and enjoyment. I believe they've maximized service potential. They've combined contemporary design with warm elements. We plan to return without question.

7 months agoWe need to normalize holding people accountable, waited 45 mins for a small dinner for one. 15 people came and got served before i got my order. The lady in the picture was rude and bad at her job. She had orders sitting there and not calling out names. She wasn’t even asking people for their names to make sure she was packing the correct orders. Jesus. Terrible experience i will never come back. Everyone Spanish got severed even the uber drivers but me and another black girl had to wait 20+ mins on the smalllllest orders .

7 months agoA lot of tasty looking options! The pork in the locrio rice was fall-off-the-bone. The beans were savory, and the red onions were perfectly pickled. Good portion for $12 too. The line was long when I went, but it moved quickly.
