Usually good food at good prices. Recently, the white rice had an odd artificial garlic flavor like processed chopped garlic in oil. Usually it has a bit too much salt for my tastes but it varies.
This was one of my favorite places to eat, i was ordering about once a week. However my last order was awful. I order the full sirloin and a half chicken breast. The chicken breast was undercooked and therefore hard as well. I really don’t think its safe to eat undercooked chicken so i threw it out. The sirloin did not taste like it always does, they made changes to it and added artificial smoke flavor and it really ruined the natural taste of the steak. I am not sure if they trying to cover up the taste of the steak because maybe it was going bad but it tasted awful with that smoky additive…. Both were not good. To top it off i ordered them with 1 white rice and 1 yellow rice, they decided to only send me 1 side of white rice even though i ordered 2 sides with my 2 orders. I was a regular customer and will not be ordering from here anymore.
This is mostly a take out restaurant but the barbecue ribs are to die for😋I usually get mine there 🍖and they’re really juicy and flavorful. I just wish they will have more variety of side orders to choose from.
