Fantastic phenomenal food and wonderfully welcoming service. Was doing some shopping at the HIP and figured I'd stop by their food court for some lunch. I saw Falafel Makers right by the Perfumania and decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint! The food is prepared right in front of you and they use the freshest ingredients. The preparation of your meal isn't rushed but deliberately made with the utmost consideration and reverence. I ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich, a beef shawarma sandwich, a 6pc falafel, and a side of fries. The shawarma sandwiches were divinely delicious, the fries were hot and crispy and well-seasoned, and the falafel were crunchy on the outside and moist in the middle. Excellent first experience here. I shall return!
