4 years agoWe love coming here since the new management took over! The staff is wonderful and so kind and the food usually tastes really good. Only complaint is that lately its been so cold inside its hard to enjoy a meal with our winter gear on especially the bathrooms! Other than that they're awesome.👏 👍

4 years agoFood is always hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s always been clean whenever I’ve been there and they provide hand sanitizer at all the tables which is nice to have after touching the buffet serving spoons/tongs. My one tiny critique is the sushi bar - the sushi is usually good but when I’ve been there towards the end of the day it looks a little soggy and sad. Other than that small thing, love this place. My husband and I will definitely keep visiting Family Buffet.

4 years agoWe came on a Saturday at about 4:30. Very nicely decorated. Staff is super friendly. Beautiful buffet bar. Everything is set up nicely and easy to access. Foods really good. Sure some noodles had hard spots BUT that happens when you cook pasta and it has to sit out for more than 5 minutes. You cannot expect them to crank out fresh pasta every time someone wants some. The rice I’ve seen complaints about. I have no complaint. It was soft and delicious. Even my pick eaters loved it. There is a little bit for all pallets. Seriously give it a try. New owners. New atmosphere. It’s very enjoyable. And you pay a decent price. Think about it. Food cost and waste vs what your actually paying. They could charge more to cover that but they don’t. Definitely will be back!

4 years agoVery good! Dined in on 7/9/21. Has changed ownership and improved. The Teriyaki chicken is particularly good, and the shrimp is streets ahead. Even the white rice is tasty. Staff were very polite and attentive without being overbearing. Good selection of fresh fruit! Highly recommend.

6 years agoUsed to frequent this place years ago. Food was always hot and fresh then. Not so much now. Some simple safe food handling guidelines definitely not being adhered too. Especially with the sushi and cold seafood and mayo based items. Service was great. Server was very nice and efficient. That is where both stars come from. Won't be back.

6 years agoPretty basic Chinese buffet. Food was ok and the price was good. They have a chocolate fountain but I did not use it

6 years agoI would have given it 4 stars, but there were some issues of yelling and tray slamming going on in the kitchen. It took away from the fried frog leg eating ambience.

7 years agoMetal in my rice, chicken slightly under cooked. All the meat is very unpalatable chewy beef, jelly like chicken, half cleaned shrimp. Everything needs to be rotated better lots of really old burned food getting slapped back on top. I would gladly pay more to get food that doesn't leave you feeling Ill. My wife and I had to call into work after eating here.
