Okay food, terrible service and terrible atmosphere. I called in an order for my boyfriend and I of 2 chicken cheesesteaks, why because my boyfriend is allergic to red meat and can’t eat steak. My boyfriend went to pickup the cheesesteaks for me and they were both steak, he mentioned that I ordered chicken and that he can’t eat steak and they showed the receipt and said “we put down steak so if you want chicken you have to pay for it” obviously he wants chicken because he will die if he eats steak. Next time listen to the person on the phone or accommodate when you are incorrect. Instead they insisted I ordered steak for my boyfriend that will die if he eats it and charged us double the amount now for all cheesesteaks.
Food was good but service wasn’t…. Cashier has a bad attitude. No complaints about the sandwiches we got. Lady taking the orders made a mistake and seemed to get upset that she had to fix it.
When I asked for a Philly all the way, I didn't know it included mold. Never going back.
