Beautiful decor, friendly staff, great music and most delicious food. Definitely coming back when in the area. They have Latin dancing and live music certain nights 💃👌🏻
Delicious food! I'm so happy an Ethiopian place with really tasty injera has opened in Santa Fe. Everyone who works there is very kind and the food was so flavorful, definitely coming back.
Had a lovely date night at Fara Fina tonight! We are no strangers to Ethiopian food and was excited that this restaurant opened up in Santa Fe! Menu is small but the food was authentic, and on point! I have missed Injera bread and eating with my hands! We had the Lamb stew and the spinach dishes betwen the 2 of us. We did have to ask for more injera bread which they gladly provided. We sat at the bar and the bartender made amazing drinks just how we liked it. Had great conversation with each other, the bartender and another patron that came later and sat next to us. The rum cake dessert was sooo moist and tasty. Probably could have used a touch more rum. We also tried the puff puff (fried dough with drizzled chocolate on top) —this was not as crispy as I would have liked and was very dense. Overall a great meal and addition to SF! Would recommend to everyone to come and support this restaurant as Santa Fe’s food scene can always use more delicious, authentic , ethnic diversity!
Food was amazing and the atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming!
The real taste of African food and it's rich flavors from naturally grown plants now you can have this served to you In ( Santa Fe ) New Mexico. When you visit Santa Fe New Mexico for Business, Work or Leisure and want to taste/feel the African flavors, just walk in
So excited to be able to order injera in Santa Fe! Nice bar and atmosphere, inexpensive, and got our food quickly with friendly service. Looking forward to hearing music here-this is a great venue!
An amazing place to come with kids, individually, or with a group of friends for drinks, working on a laptop, or just hanging out and watching the current sports game. The facility is clean, spacious, and has a fantastic atmosphere. The food is cooked fresh daily and is full of rich flavor. Try the jollof rice, fufu, or chicken peanut sauce - you won't be disappointed! I tried the Fara Fina house signature drink (Amazing, especially if you like ginger and Mezcal) and the Mango Fruit Infused Margarita (so refreshing!)!! Don't be shy to chat with any of the wonderful staff or the other customers because everyone here is extremely friendly and you'll probably leave the place with a few extra friends than when you walked in! Also, even if you don't drink, this place has a handful of mocktails to choose from that look amazing. Make sure to stop in and ask what their upcoming events are, as well. So next time you want to try something new, check out Fara Fina and support a local business!!
I’m so glad I tried Fara Fina, the new African-Caribbean–New Mexican restaurant. I had the spicy, flavorful, vegetarian peanut soup with fufu—my first time eating fufu—and it was the perfect accompaniment. The chef came out to introduce herself and said the menu will change periodically and highlight a range of African cuisines, which means I’ll definitely be back again and again. The cocktail menu is excellent too; my mojito was great. Try Fara Fina—you won’t be disappointed.
