Ordered the beef brisket which sounded amazing. The girl took my order and said it would be a bit of a wait for them to cut it. That’s fine since she stated it just can off of the grill. That’s fine I thought it would really be great since it was just cooked. Mistaken for sure! The Amish girl who cut it up really has no idea what she’s doing. I received 2 lbs of chopped fat and meat cubes, I’ve never had brisket cut into chunks before anywhere. Brisket is typically sliced and mostly falls apart. This was a huge disappointment. Tough chewy chunks , impossible to eat. Won’t be back sorry
