One of our favorite spots that always delivers. Had the pineapple glazed pork chop. Best pork chop I’ve ever tasted. Carrot cake was awesome
Atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and staff did great. We got the smoked bacon for appetizer. Wonderful but almost too sweet. We also got the quail and surf and turf. Quails glaze was overly sweet and turned me off immediately. Grits, delicious. Surf and turf. Steak had absolutely no flavor. I opened the shrimp and it shredded and the taste was foul. Octopus, tough. I truly expected more for the cost of almost $300. I loved the view and the service but the food was so mediocre. I probably will never come back. Disappointed.
Fantastic place. Definitely will be back since they rotate their menu throughout the year. Excellent venue with other options on property to enjoy before or after dinner. Tasting rooms to enjoy some wines and outdoor space to take in the gorgeous property. Wonderful service and great dishes. Corn ribs were so good as well as the frito misto. Can’t go wrong with the pork chop for your main meal. Probably best to plan ahead and make a reservation but it is well worth it.
