Billy and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. We were on our way from Panama City to Tampa Bay for our cruise, and it truly felt like God placed us exactly where we needed to be. I had burned my hand before coming in, and they immediately rushed to get me ice and even put my ice pack in the freezer for me. That level of kindness meant so much. The food? Absolutely incredible. Honestly, they could have charged double for the Valentine’s seafood platter. $37 for a massive seafood platter and four sides was unbelievable. Everything was cooked to perfection. I have three autoimmune diseases, and almost every time I eat out, I end up sneezing from something in the food. Not this time. Not once. They use real butter to cook the seafood, and you can taste the quality. The onion rings, hush puppies, coleslaw, cheese grits, and loaded baked potato were all fantastic. And that banana pudding? Wow. My husband loved the chocolate cheesecake just as much. It was exactly what we needed on our way to our little getaway. We left feeling cared for, satisfied, and grateful.
Food was great. Ribeye was not so good but everyone's good was good. Our waiter rushed us the entire time. Asked 3 times if we wanted our bill and I wasn't even half way done eating my food from my plate. The food seems be great...but my server definitely lacked service skills but what the he'll I was just passing thru.
Lunch here with family. With a limited set of options in town Fiddler's could get away with mediocre service and ok food, but they don't. It was good food and excellent service on the day we were there. My son really enjoyed his burger, our shrimp and grouper were cooked perfectly, even the salad greens were fresh. My wife remarked that the coleslaw was good as well!
