See All ReviewsWe showed up on a Tuesday evening. It was moderately full. We showed up with 4 adults and 2 kids. After an hour and 15 minutes, our food hadn't arrived after being told multiple times it was coming right up. 3 tables who arrived after us got served food before we did. After asking about it we were told that they didn't even have our ticket. The manager was confused and the waitress didn't know where it was. She apparently never confirmed out order was coming right up, just said it. She tried to explain it was because they were busy but failed to recognize other servers tables were getting served just fine. No apology was even provided. They offered to make it immediately, and comp the kids meals only (no alcohol)...not acceptable for this level of failure. We left and went to Leo's and were ordering and served within 20 minutes of walking in the door.
Salsa was pretty much tomato sauce no flavor no heat at all had to mix hot sauce into it. They had me sitting with fajitas waiting for rice, not sure how you run out of rice when it is a side you put with everything you serve. Will not be back, too bad people here don't know good Mexican food, I had such high hopes based on other reviews.
We used to LOVE this place. It was out go-to. But 9/10 times our order is wrong. People in our family can't eat certain things, so we order without it. But everytime we have to send it back. We take out carryout because it's easier but the more we go, the worse it gets. Last night, we went to pick up our special order and the lady at the register said it was wrong, and was going to fix it for us. She came back and told us it was right, which was our mistake. We got home missing our two sides and the order was wrong. We have tried countless times to give them more tries, but they never get it right.
