Great pizza! The owner was super nice and accommodating. Definitely a must to try for traditional Italian pizza. We will definitely be back!
Stopped here on the way home from being out east all day, just as they were closing, and Nabeel took care of us. One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Everything was so fresh. We will have to return and dine in to try a few more pies. Very glad we stumbled upon this gem.
I come here at least once a week when I’m out on the north fork. This is the best pizza out here hands doubt. The owner and staff are always so attentive. This will always be my favorite spot! Don’t hesitate to try them out, you will not be disappointed.
On a relaxing Sunday I wandered in with family looking for something simple and was delighted to find one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Fiocha is a simple sit-down spot. It’s uncomplicated with its layout and design. What sets Fiocha apart is the care and effort the owner, Nabeel. We watched as he hand processed the tomatoes for his pizza sauce and as he gently managed each pizza in the wood fired oven. The intentionality in his work showed in each bite. My friends each bought different pies; a pepperoni, a Marinara, and a Bianca. I could not decide between Magherita and the El Diablo, so Nabeel made my pie half of each. Each pie was incredible and not a slice was left at the end. For my part, I was completely taken with the El Diablo half of my pie, which was absolutely phenomenal. I enjoy a spicy pizza, and the mix of pepperoni (which I usually avoid), fresh jalapeños, and hot honey was unbelievably good. The Margherita was the perfect take on a classic, and better than I’ve had elsewhere. The pies themselves were creative, but it was the freshness of the ingredients, and truly, the care with which they were prepared that made the difference. I’ve spent the last week considering this pizza, and can truly say it’s one of the best pies I have ever eaten. I am not be local, but I will be coming back for another pizza at Fiocha.
Pizza isn’t that big but the price tag is. But the pizza dough is excellent. Super charred, soft, pillowy yet crunchy at the same time. It is thin base on which premium ingredients are spread about. The fungi and the Rosa Blanca were flavorful and very delicate but again, kind of small, sparse, and very thin for $26 (including tax). I think you’ll get a bigger pizza out of the box dining in. Nonetheless, tastes very fresh and gourmet. Friendly counter service, looks like a 1-2 man operation.
Excellent pizza, amazing staff, very nice music and the people were very happy and smiling at all times, excellent service
Stopped by and grabbed a pizza, the owner was kind and welcoming, pizza was delicious. Thin crust, wood oven from Italy. He was kind enough to make a pizza half and half. Definitely would come back!
We came here on our way from the ferry to Montauk and it did not disappoint. We loved the margarita and marinara. Nice and thin and crispy coal fired and fresh. Small menu but very delicious. 10/10 recommend!
