I was so happy to find this restaurant and brewery. There's plenty of parking in the back behind the building. A refreshing selection of beers and cider. A walk up and order restaurant with the most delicious brisket taco's and queso. It was a nice place to meet up with old friends or to make new ones. They have board games, so you feel like it's a place that you are encouraged to just hang out for awhile and relax. (Service dogs are allowed but there aren't any dog potty areas nearby.)
I am a Big Foodie here and do a lot of traveling, this was our first time in and probably will plan to go back! I got the Burria tacos and they were delicious!!! It came with 3 in the order and got them with brisket the meat was really good but mine did have a lot of fat on the meat more than I would have liked but it was good. My husband got the full order of chicken quesadillas and they were really yummy, plus he got a margarita and was really impressed with it! The young man in the kitchen was manning it all himself and he got our order out very quickly! I also ordered the street corn, it was good but I wish it was made with fresh corn and there was a lot of liquid in it. Maybe think about offering it on the cob instead? A lot of the tables were dirty so we didn’t have many options of a clean place to sit, there were only 4 to 5 customers at the bar and had at least 3 employees that were all socializing But yet half of the tables needed to be cleaned and the floor was pretty messy as well. I thought it was strange that when we walked in and we’re trying to figure out the step up we were Never greeted by any of the staff…. Being a business owner I noticed that right away. Some of the layout could use a few changes to be more inviting, definitely for a group of ladies having a fun night out and welcoming for more of the older clientele to open it so they would be up to staying longer if had more comfortable options were offered. A privacy corner would be a great addition as well…. I’m a designer so I see a lot of potential and a lot of unused space that could help build up business, we went on a Saturday night and it was pretty quiet. While we were there the whole time only 2 other couples came in to order food and maybe 5 more people came in to sit at the bar and we were there for at least an hour. Not a typical size of crowd for a Saturday night. All in all it was good and will probably make our way back in again, thanks so much!
The birra tacos are out of this world!! And the elote is the best I have ever had☀️the staff is super kind. This is for sure my fav place in Parker county tx!
