Used to love this place but it's very sad how they treat their customers. Ordered for a pickup through Doordash at 2:00PM for 2 orders of Half grilled chicken, when I got there at 2:30PM, this guy inside didn't even know the order came through and said it will take another 30 mins. Upon asking him questions, he slammed the window in my face!!!! Bruh! I had limited time for lunch to be back at work. If he were busy I would understand but this was not the case.

I’m writing this review hoping management sees it, because I’ve had good experiences here before and would like to understand how this situation was handled. This was my 4th time ordering, and the shawarma has always been great, which is why this last visit was so disappointing. I placed a family platter pickup order through DoorDash at 5:15 PM for a 5:40 PM pickup. I arrived at 5:38 PM and was asked to wait 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes, an employee told me my order had been given to another customer by mistake, as he thought I arrived with someone else. I was alone the entire time. I showed my order confirmation, but he said he could no longer locate the order. He then offered to remake the platter and contact DoorDash afterward, asking me to wait another 15 minutes. I waited over 30 more minutes. At that point, I contacted DoorDash myself. DoorDash informed me that the restaurant had canceled the order on their end, but it was not reflected in the app. To resolve things, I asked DoorDash for a refund so I could reorder directly at the restaurant and will pay them directly. When I explained this to the employee, I was told I could reorder — but I would need to wait another 30 minutes. By then, I had been waiting close to an hour, and the situation never felt properly addressed. I wasn’t looking for free food just clear communication and a reasonable solution after multiple mistakes. I’m sharing this feedback because I’ve enjoyed the food in the past, but this experience showed a lack of coordination and customer recovery. I hope management can review what happened and improve how similar situations are handled in the future.

Really fun Mediterranean food truck that distinguishes itself with charcoal style cooking shawarma and rotisserie chicken. The smoking enables a fun flavor that’s not overpowering and allows a nice smoky juicy taste. Love that they also slightly char their meat. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re a fan of bbq and want to try it Arab style.
