Janae was our waitress and she was excellent! Food was a bit pricey, but good. We understand that there is inflation, so we’re not complaining. HOWEVER! We sat at the bar top with our backs to the grill and goodness the people (staff) at the grill cussed the entire time! It was so disrespectful and unprofessional! I hope ownership sees this because as a professional ourselves, I would be livid if my establishment were exhibited in such a way!
Located right in the terminal we should’ve known when there weren’t that many people there. Order two burgers with fries water and Dr Pepper. 30 minutes later Burger came out cooked to resemble a hockey puck. Not great. $82 later we are on our way out. That’s for two people mind you. Skip it and just hit the food court. Bright spot with our server, she was good and attentive.
I had a great breakfast burrito at First Quarter in the Dallas Love airport before my flight out. Service was quick and attentive. Sat at the counter and ordered and paid via the app.
