a month agoWent there 3 different times during our stay in St. Cloud. Each time we experienced good welcoming customer service, but specially on the early morning of our departure. They were exceptional! Even made my mother cry of emotion for being so nice to us. Pastries and breads are very fresh and delicious.

2 months agoThis morning was my first visit to FL Bakery and I was so impressed. The staff was very friendly and all of the cakes and pastries looked absolutely delicious. Krystel assisted me and she was so patient and kind. They are currently running a special of 6 pastries for 12.99 which is an amazing deal. I asked her if she could surprise me since I had no idea where to start because everything looked so good. I really appreciated that she asked about allergies too. She picked out a great selection for my children to enjoy and my little man approves of all the yummy pastries we got. My hot mocha was delicious as well. We will definitely be back and I am so glad we live so close.

2 months agoVery energetic atmosphere they were decorated for Valentine's Day! Everyone has cute valentines aprons and small extra touches like valentines sprinkles on top of the whip cream! And if course special desserts and treats to celebrate! Obviously busier than normal today staff still had their normal warm friendly ways. It would be great if the seating area was larger or less crowded but that just comes with a busier establishment. Keep up the good work consistent food taste and service and you will continue to be a great business to the area and successful!

3 months agoIt feels really good to visit a good bakery on a Sunday after church. However, this place has so much potential and so many employees, yet there is no organization whatsoever. There is something very wrong with having to wait 30 minutes for food and still not getting what you ordered because they won’t give it to you right away. My partner and I wanted to be in and out with take-out, so we made sure to order only what was already displayed and not have to wait for anything to be prepared or heated. How is it that we ordered two alcapurrias, yet the person who was two people behind us in line somehow got all of them, and we had to wait for more to be made? We also tried calling ahead to make the process smoother and avoid issues when we arrived, but no one picked up even after several calls. When we went inside the store, we tested calling again just to see if the phone was working—and it was. The food here is amazing, and the place is beautiful, but your team cannot work under pressure. There are too many employees. You need a good manager and better preparation for rush hours. Three well-trained people could handle a line better than a team of twelve who cannot work under pressure. I’d love to keep coming back, because the food tastes amazing, but I hate having these bad experiences over and over—this is not the first time.

4 months ago⭐ Warm & Friendly Absolutely love this Florida bakery! Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put real care into their work. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend!

4 months agoI'm visiting from out of town and my family recommended this place. It's so pretty inside, the people are extremely nice and the pastries and coffee are delicious. I'll definitely be making a few more times before heading back home.

5 months agoThis place should be 5 stars! All around amazing food options - great portion sizes and totally worth it. The sandwiches are huge, and the pastries are all so delicious. We had the pionono empanada, ham egg & cheese sandwich, fruit tart, powdered cream donut, guava & cheese turnover. Anyone that says otherwise is just being nit picky & probably that person that always complains about something.

5 months agoThis place is amazing!!! I had a great experience and the breakfast was delicious. I love that they always have fresh avocado and you can customize the scramble eggs. The sorullitos and alcapurrias are always fresh. The location and the atmosphere is super nice!!!!!
