3 months agoHad the castaway burger, it was delicious, surprisingly good for a mall food court restaurant. Highly recommend trying this place.

5 months agoIncredibly rude management. I inquired which kind of coffee they offered (light, dark, single origin, fruity, etc.) and the manager responded, “It’s strong.” If you aren’t familiar with the product sold, then offering a taste of coffee isn’t unreasonable. I asked if I could taste a sample. She said, “No, everything costs money and we don’t give samples.” The cashier was very polite and the coffee ended up tasting excellent.

5 months agoThey wouldn’t even give me a cup of ice and i work in the mall and spent $13.00 on a salad and i am supposed to get 10% off racism card is always played with all three employees. 0-10 would not recommend. Need a whole new team seriously that’s why we don’t eat there as we work in the mall.

5 months agoGreat. Amazing. Fantastic even. The service? Just amazing. The woman at the front is very nice. Food delivers quick AND fast! One teenie-tiny critique though. The cheese needs to be melted just a bit more. Other than that? Perfect. Best food spot in the mall. If your stoping at Great Lakes, please stop here.
