4 years agoWas there Sunday night - not only was it empty, the place is Cash only, the music is nothing good. People playing slot machines and sitting like zombies at the bar. The toilets are smelly and dirty. The waitresses do not speak English. It would be 1 star if it werent for friendly DJs showing where the men's bathroom is that's placed behind the dj booth...

4 years agoFlames House is a nice Brazilian establishment. The Brazilian community has a warm heart, and the last time I was here, a waitress was very helpful from seating me to greeting me. I plan on traveling to Brazil soon and I can only wish the staff brigade for serving me.

5 years agoI have been going to Flames ever since the original owners opened it. The current owner is a great person and works hard at providing an excellent experience during your stay. The food is wonderful, served with authentic Brazilian flavor and flair. The bartenders are very good at what they do and you never have to wait for your next drink. The place is always going through cosmetic changes, but it is for the better. The owner is showing he wants his customers to keep coming back. I know I will be returning soon. Try this place out, you will not be disappointed!!

6 years agoI called to ask a question about the restaurant and the lady hung up on me without even answering. If that's how they handle phone calls I'd hate to see how they handle their customers

7 years agoI been to many restaurants just like this. This one was not good at all. The food was not cooked right and had a bad taste to it. I gave two stars because the workers.

9 years agoWorst place ever. Waitress doesn't give a crap about customers. We ordered food took forever and came out wrong. Ordered soup and asked for spoon twice. Never got it.
