This is genuinely my new favorite spot. I’ve been here 3 times since moving to bartow. The atmosphere is very comfy and familiar and the service is quick and wonderful. I went there yesterday and brought my friend who had never been and she texted me that the food was awesome. I give this place 10 stars fr. The food is very good and they give you a LOT for an affordable price🫶🏾💕 The ribs and Mac n cheese are a definite MUST TRY🤤
First time I’ve been to Flava Joint. I have passed it several times but never noticed it. It looks like a “whole in the wall” in restaurant terms, but it’s a “whole flava” restaurant. James “Seven” is a friendly owner and dared you to try any of his dishes. I was craving fried chicken and it did not disappoint. I also got a few ribs to try and they were well seasoned and falling off the bone. I will be back. I think I found my neighborhood hangout!
Just driving through and decided to stop based on some great reviews and we couldn't of been happier! We had the bbq and jerk wings and the fried chicken and everything was beyond good and the sides were all great also including the dirty rice, fries, slaw, and potato salad but the Mac n cheese stood out as the top choice! We aren't local but will be back anytime we are up this way! Support this place...you will not be sorry and the owners are very friendly and personable! Highly recommended!
