4 months agoFood was phenomenal! We got the Pastor torta, super delicious. The raspberry lemonade was very refreshing. The owner was also very friendly and kind! Would come back again!

6 months agoI was crazy hungry and got the Texan Philly, and it was honestly the best thing I’ve eaten in a while. The bread was soft but not soggy, the meat was really tender, and the bacon and cheese made every bite super good. It came out hot and fresh, and there was so much filling that it was hard to put down. I finished the whole thing and was full for hours. If you like cheesesteaks, this one is seriously worth it.

7 months agoI stop by Flippin Bitez every chance I get, and it’s not just for the food — it’s for the whole vibe. My daughter calls the owner “Mr. Clean” because he’s bald, but trust me… this man is one of the coolest, most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. He knows his cuisine, he cares about his customers, and he brings this welcoming energy that makes you feel like family the moment you walk up. The food? Crazy good. His tortas are legit my favorite — stacked, seasoned right, and actually filling. And the elote in a cup? Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Simple, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving something comforting. But what keeps me coming back is the experience. You’re not just getting a meal — you’re getting hospitality. You’re getting someone who loves what he does and puts that into every plate. If you want good food, chill vibes, and a place where the owner makes you feel like you belong, Flippin Bitez is the spot. Highly recommend.

8 months agoThe Tex Mex Loaded fries are awesome! We also tried the corn in a cup which had a lot of flavor. Definitely a good place to stop by!

9 months agoWe got the loaded fries with buffalo chicken, and they were delicious! The buffalo chicken bites were really tasty—if you’re into spicy food, it’s not too spicy, but it does have a nice little kick. My boyfriend isn’t big on spicy food, so he added some cheddar cheese on the side, and it turned out really good. We also really enjoyed their Brazilian lemonade—we liked it so much that we ordered it twice! Can’t to go back!!

9 months agoFlippen Bitez in Katy really nails Mexican street food flavors! I started with the Elote en Vaso and it was exactly what you want! creamy, cheesy, buttery corn with the right kick of chile and lime. Then I tried the Chicharrón Preparado and it was loaded with crunch, pico de gallo, avocado, crema, and salsa… honestly one of the best versions I’ve had. The portions are generous, the food is flavorful, and everything comes out fresh. Whether you’re craving snacks, tortas, or loaded fries, this food truck hits all the cravings. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in Katy looking for authentic flavor with a twist.

9 months agoThe Mexican Philly cheesesteak at Flippen Bitez is hands down the best I’ve had! I was honestly surprised by how big and well portioned it is for the price, packed with juicy steak, grilled peppers, melted cheese, and fresh toppings. Definitely a meal that fills you up and keeps you coming back. The fries are perfectly crispy every time, and they have some really creative toppings that make them more than just a side dish. My personal favorite snack here? The Dorilocos ! they’re loaded, flavorful, and a must-have if you want to try something fun and different. Flippen Bitez is one of those food spots in Katy, TX that instantly wins you over with both flavor and value. Great food, generous portions, and a menu full of unique twists on classics. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for delicious street food with a Mexican flair!
