I have been here since noon and only one refill i have had two trys to get food correct and still not correct and didn't even recive my appetizer that i ordered this place has gone down hill so bad i understand being busy but get experienced waitresses that know how to handle business and not ignore everything and everyone...edit to add used to come here all the time now i wont come back
I came and got spicy chicken lo mein and another dish. The spicy lo mein was very greasy and oily and there was hardly any spice (devoid of flavor and heat). It also took 35 minutes. Chinese food should not take 35 minutes. When I ordered it the entire place is empty. I'm not sure what the problem is but they really need to pick it up. Chinese food to take 10 minutes max. The young man that helped me look like he was miserable. I imagine I'd be miserable too if I had to work in a place like that until customers that they're really crappy Chinese food would take 30 minutes.
Came to this restaurant 3 years ago and it was excellent. Paid a visit today and it was awful. The beef tasted "off" and the bamboo shoots in another dish were literal wood. The fried rice was also greasy and inedible. Needless to say, I won't be back. Not recommended.
