This is a great spot for a quick lunch! I had the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese and coleslaw, and everything tasted good. The brisket was flavorful enough on its own and didn't require any extra sauces. It offers good value for the price, though seating is quite limited. It feels more like a takeout-focused establishment, but there are still a few tables available for those eating on-site.
I ordered two sandwiches. One sausage, literally one sausage cut in half. One bolo. $20.00. No pickles, no chips, no drink, just sauce bread and meat. $20 for two sandwiches and sauce. There's a 3% service charge. Didn't know that until I saw my recent.
Their brisket elite is delicious, every time I’m in town. I’ll stop by and pick one up.
