One of the food shows featured this place. I have been looking for a good you buy we fry since the one on Stella Link in Houston burned down so I thought I would give it a try. The price is fair for some items and high for others but let's face it what is not expensive nowadays. I ordered fried Trout and the appetizer of fried crab fingers. I got the trout with shrimp and double hush puppies. Now the hush puppies were amazing. I could eat them again. I did not like the crab fingers at all they didn't taste fresh and the batter on them for me was just way too much. It overpowered the crab. The food was fried well but it did not have any seasoning at all besides salt and that was very disappointing. The people however were nice and the service was good. Unfortunately seasoning for me is everything on fried seafood. They needs some old bay or Tony's or something lol. I like and expect my food to be flavorful. I should not have to drown it in sauces to get it to taste good. The meal was not interesting at all flavor wise. Unfortunately I probably won't go back unless its for the hushpuppies🫠

Best fish sandwich I’ve had thus far! I placed my order over the phone. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind, and thorough with taking my order. I arrived about 15 minutes later, paid for my food and it was already packaged and ready to go. I was provided a drink cup and chose to get their flavored tea. The market is very small, but they have a few tables if you’d like to dine in. Also, the market side has fresh seafood for purchase. Parking lot is also very small. The tea was delish! The fish sandwich was hefty, crispy, freshly made, and flavorful. This was my first time trying soft shell crab, it was “fishy” but perfectly fried. The fried fish was also well prepared! Overall this was a great fried seafood experience!
