See All ReviewsI’m very disappointed in tonight’s dinner for my family. We used to come here all the time before COVID and prices AND food were great. Wow! Tonight was HIGHWAY ROBBERY! While I understand prices have gone up because of COVID, I do not understand how the cost of our food tonight was $67 for 4 people. We ordered two burger and fries (which on the menu I have screenshotted was $7.95 each) and also two Super Nachos, one with beef fajita meat and one with chicken fajita meat, which on the menu is $10.95 plus $1.95 to make it fajita meat. So, about $13 each plate of Super Nacho. I also ordered chips and hot sauce (which the owner Rosie has told me (times I’ve ordered before) comes free when you order Mexican food). And when I got the receipt I was charged $4 for the chips and hot sauce (menu says $1.95) and the chips were about a half bag and the hot sauce always about 8 oz!! When the lady on the phone told me my total was $63.28, I was shocked. I called back about 10 minutes after placing the order because I felt that was far too high and she told me it was because the burgers were now about $11 or $12 and that the Super nachos now charge an extra $5.50 to make it fajita meat!!!! Are you kidding me?!!!! And when I got to the restaurant to pay, she told me that the total was now $66 and some change. I had brought exact change with me, but luckily I went to my car and found a few dollars in my glove compartment to pay the extra few bucks! When we got home, I hardly had any chicken on my nachos and the meat I did have certainly wasn’t “fajita meat”. The beef “fajita” meat tasted old and hardly any on that one as well. My husbands burger was super red in the middle and couldn’t finish it. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back here again and that’s a shame because it used to be great. I could have went to Tres Hermanos or Cafe and paid less than this. I’m very disappointed.
After 4 visits I'll not be back OVER PRICED. ..SLOW SERVICE... lousy Food... $32.50 for fajita for 2....portions of one. Cheap store bought Tortillas out of a bag... beans out of a can...if you eat don't say you weren't warned.
I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad in here but this is one of our favorite places to eat. They have a huge menu with a variety of authentic homemade food. Everything is made from scratch and there plates are huge!
