My husband and I have order from them twice now through door dash. We enjoy their food! It is so 😋 tasty! I looked them up here since we just now discussed maybe one day actually traveling to eat here. They've not made any mistakes thus far, but even then we tend to be a gracious bunch 😜
Lately they have been unable to get an order right and complete. The last few times I've ordered (used to be once or twice a week) they've gotten things wrong, left things out, and the quality of the food has gone downhill while prices have gone up. To prevent issues I attempted to contact the store when ordering to make sure everything is included. I guess they took offense to this because now they just cancel my order immediately when I place it. If you as a business cannot own up to your mistakes and fix them but instead act like a rotten child, goodbye. My money will go somewhere less conveniently located but far better run. Tragic this place used to be so good, maybe they got bought I don't know. But to anyone thinking of trying it or wanting to go back after a while, you've been warned. Quality is not where it was, prices are higher, customer service is... non-existent. Good luck!
I absolutely love the food and coffee here, but the packaging for those who order online and get it delivered needs to be addressed. When I first started ordering here the packaging was consistent + secure but now every other time I order, my drink is spilled and sogs up my order. Drinks always need to be placed in a secure drink holder every time, the lids the right size + taped twice and or just honestly placed out of the bag. Delivery corriers do not read the "Drink Inside" that's written on the bag, so have the drink separate from the food so it's handled properly. It really discourages me from ordering!
