I can't believe this place is still in business. Ordered here many late nights over the years, and would wait over 2 hours for delivery. One time they gave us a Digiorno frozen pizza! Could see a guy cooking in the back from the counter area and it looked very dirty. We would only go after midnight when nothing else was open, but stopped because of health concerns lol. Hopefully it's cleaned up now but hard to imagine! I haven't been there recently, but it was bad enough then I can say it's not worth your time!
As my wife pointed out. We got double charged and if it is one thing i don’t like is someoen swindling our money. It would have been different if they just refunded the extra payment and apologized but the owner kept arguing and lying and we called out bank and he indeed double charged and i am glad we’re getting that back but we were never apologized to or compisated for anything and until both of those things happen we will not change our review or rating. The driver and food are goos but once you mess with money ya ur an automatic 1 star. That is not cool to do and it wastes not only our time or urs it also wastes the banks time. So i HIGHLY recommend ordering somewhere else and if u do order from her check ur bank statements. Trust me there is other options out there.
Well we are never ordering from franks again. Normally u don't write reviews but when you all double charged us and argued you didn't when we clarified with our bank that you indeed did is enough for a 1 star. Not only was that a headache. We also were not apologized too. We may be getting our money back but we did not even get compsiated or offered anything. So yea as much as the food is good and the delivery driver is awesome the owner tried to swindle extra money and lied about it. I would not recommend ordering from here and unless we are compisated I will stick with this raiting. Never mess with someone's money
