I made an order through Grubhub for an BYO poke Bowl, I got salmon and a few other things but was truly disappointed in the overall meal. I ordered a paid topping (Avocado) which I received three very small pieces that were black. The salmon was definitely not fresh, the color was dull, and some almost white. I ended up not eating it, afraid of the freshness of the fish. My food was delivered fairly quick, but I think the food is overpriced due to the quality and lack of freshness. Wouldn't recommend it.
I’ve always been a big fan of Fresca Bowl for my acai cravings, but I've noticed a significant drop in quality with my last few orders. For instance, my 'Foresta' bowl (last 3 orders) came with blueberries, which I don't like and which aren't supposed to be included. The last bowl I got had just a few small uncut strawberries and a blob of Nutella. Additionally, the last few bowls have not been filled! It's not the same as it used to be, and I feel like it might not be worth the price anymore. I hope this is just a hiccup because I really miss how great they used to be!
The sushi rice is mush. Salmon isn’t fresh. I attached a picture — its pale and looks dull. I ordered at the store and ate inside. Lots of seating ** manager promptly reached out and gave me a refund.
