5 years agoI am absolutely obsessed with this place! The food is always fresh. It’s the best falafel I’ve had in years. The customer service is top-notch. During the pandemic, they’ve made concerted efforts to follow social distancing and keep the area clean and sanitized. You can call ahead and wait in your car if you need to. They’ve been phenomenal. This is usually a weekly stop for me.

6 years agoI first found this place in South Daytona and was sad to see it go. When I found out they moved to Port Orange around the corner from my house I was ecstatic! The staff are friendly and attentive to their patrons. The food is authentic Greek food and it’s ALWAYS great! I can say it’s authentic because my aunt married a Greek man and we had the best of Greek and Sicilian (my aunt) food during get togethers. I love everything on the menu! I’m still over the moon they’ve reopened closer to my home.

9 years agoThis is a new restaurant in town, just about a couple of months ago. They have very good Greek food. We tried so many dishes even the gyro, it was really good. It is a family restaurant so almost everything is just fine from food to the service. We liked the experience over there. If i`m coming back to Daytona for sure its gonna be one of my choices definitely. Highly recommended

9 years agoThe food was good, portions were fair, service was okay. At first I wasn't sure they were even open since the outside looked very unmaintained and overgrown. There is so much underutilized good space in this location which makes the inside dining room seem small and almost crammed. As a new establishment, I feel they are still finding their way. Good potential if the owners take advantage of what they have. Food is good though.

9 years agoDelicious, authentic and plentiful! So glad to have found this place. We have so been missing good Greek cuisine since moving back to the area four years ago. The food was so well seasoned, with just the right balance of flavors. Nothing was overly acidic or tart or sweet. From the grilled, fresh pita bread to the creamy, savory hummus, to the melt-in-your mouth tender souvlaki... best meal we've had in a while. The tzatziki was thick and creamy. The Greek dressing was full of herb, lemon and garlic flavors without overpowering the palette, and the gyro meat was moist and plentiful. The food alone will bring us back. Two suggestions for bringing together the whole dining experience: on Sunday at 1:30, there were two employees on the floor. A server, and a busser/drink girl. With 30+ people seated, service was rather slow. The server was taking orders, carrying all the food, and taking payments herself. It would be great if the busser was cross-trained to take orders, carry food, etc. instead of just chatting with the customers. Secondly, my daughter had the kids' chicken tenders, (one of only 3 generic options) which were from frozen, over-processed, and limp. She didn't care for them at all. I'd much rather see a child's souvlaki chicken plate option, with chunks of real chicken, rather than luke-warm, molded chicken paste. If the service and kids menu are addressed, this will be a 5 star restaurant, hands down.

9 years agoour friend recommended this place and we decided to give it a try. The calamari was one of the best I had around here! My husband tried the lamb dip with roasted potatoes (the potatoes is my new favorite!) and I had a gyro wrap with fries. The food was delicious and the portions very satisfying for the prices! Our server, Tonya, was great and with a sense of humor (that made our night more pleasant also). She recommended us some choices from the menu and I got to say she was 100% right! We loved everything! A detail that I always notice also is that the place was nice and clean, that adds a plus. There is a tiki bar also outside but I was disappointed that it was closed that night. I definitely recommend this place! It became one of my new favorite spots for a quiet dinner.

9 years agoWe stumbled upon this place by accident one evening and we're hooked! We now come here a few times a week and conduct most of our business meetings here as well. Everyone we bring here loves the food, atmosphere, and service. They return on their own and call us to thank us for turning them onto such a fantactic Authentic Greek Restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. We are here right now enjoying a special dinner with belly dancers! You must try this place!

10 years agoFresko's has great authentic Greek cuisine. The remodel looks wonderful. I've been a couple times and the service and food have been spot on. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!!!
