I loved the food — my whole family enjoyed it! The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and everyone was very attentive and welcoming. The only recommendation I would make is to also have the menu available in English. I think it would help the business grow and reach even more customers. Overall, we had a great experience!
★★★★★ If you’re looking for authentic Venezuelan food, this is absolutely a place you should visit. Everything here is incredibly flavorful, comforting, and made with care. Two of my absolute favorites are the mondongo soup and the rib soup—both are spectacular and 100% recommended. They’re the kind of dishes that keep you coming back. And there’s so much more beyond that: empanadas, Tequeños, pastelitos, hamburgers, patacones, and a wide variety of other dishes, so there is something for everyone. The menu has a lot of great options, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions. The place itself is cozy and welcoming, but what makes it even more special is the service. The owner and her daughters make you feel at home from the moment you walk in, and that kind of warmth is hard to find. Whether you’re just passing through, live nearby, or even if it’s a bit of a drive, this is one of those places worth making the effort to visit. Come hungry and enjoy a true taste of Venezuelan food. Highly recommended.
The two young brothers who were at the service counter were discourteous and not friendly. Did not welcome us nor even smiled when my brother, his kids, my kids and myself entered the place. I wanted to so bad to treat myself and my kids some Venezuelan dishes but their attitude ruined everything. They acted like they were doing us a favor to serve us. I asked for a Reina pepiada they told me they did don’t serve that there because they are not from Caracas but Maracaibo. I asked for 2 ground beef empanadas and I got shredded beef empanadas. I am very disappointed but I assume they don’t care. It takes years to gain a customer but a second to loose him. I am not coming back here never again. My first and last time I walked in here. I can make my own Reina pepiada at home. They being the only Venezuelan place in the area you would expect they give out the best they can to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. I give you 1 star because there is no choice to give you none.
