We stopped at the Frogtown Cafe on a trip through town on a whim. This is a nice little local bar with a comfy vibe. Not knowing anyone, we had a little casual conversation with our friendly bartender Ashley O, formerly Ashley M, but not to be confused with Ashley M aka Ashley the neighbor, who isn't really the neighbor any more! Anyway it was an enjoyable visit. We ordered a roast beef sandwich, came with chips, au jus and horseradish and pickle on a brioche bun. The roast beef was tender thinly sliced and made a nice sandwich. I ordered my go to, grilled chicken caesar salad. It was served on a wooden cutting board with croutons.. There is a pool table and ample room for seating and a stage for acoustic music in evening. We checked out the outside bar area to enjoy sitting outside on our next visit. Great motorcycle roads and good destination for a quick pull in for a drink and sandwich. The owner Jane actually came over and welcomed us personally ! We will become a back for a second visit soon
Such a fun place to enjoy a night out with family and friends and try new beers! The Fruli, a strawberry beer, was my brother’s favorite from the year before and he had everyone try it and all were hooked!!
