4 months agoIf I could give service a zero and atmosphere I would! Ordered food and had to ring the bell for service. Was told hold on I’ll be with you in one minute. Literally no one else around but my sister. A girl comes out and takes our order and she just was rude and snotty! Will add too that it’s kinda of inappropriate to wear tight leggings with a thong wedge up that you can see it!

5 months agoMy girlfriend and I were looking for something to eat before shopping, and the menu here caught our attention. The man at the counter was clearly very proud of his food and very polite, he even checked on us while we were eating in the food court to see if we were enjoying ourselves, we were! I got the Mac and cheese burger which was phenomenal, and my girlfriend got a lamb gyro which she also says was fantastic. Great portion sizes too. The fries are also amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Edited 2 months agoThe buffalo and poutine fries ate amazing! They come out ripping hot and crunchy, delicious fries. I tried a bratwurst with grilled onions and sauerkraut today. It was way better than you’d expect from a mall kiosk. Perfectly charred onions, and yummy sauerkraut. The brat was also had a totally caramelized casing. The Polish dog is somehow even better than the brat! The people who work here are always so nice and polite, and they actually care that you have a good experience. Definitely worth checking this place out!

7 months agoI got a rude encounter when I asked for 2 fives back for change. The cash drawer had 7-8 $5 in them but the cashier refused to give me 2 $5 bills for change. She said she needs them for customers. I’m a customer. Then she called me rude. Last time I go here.

8 months agoHad a day off and wanted to have lunch with my kiddo who works at the mall. The lady was super nice and pleasant, pricing is descent, takes a bit to get your food however it came out hot and fresh so 100% the extra 5 minute wait compared to normal fast food places. Hamburger, fried and chicken tenders were all very good.

a year agoFood joint at Rivertown mall. One of the better options than others in the food court area. Burger and fries were good but not the best I ever had.

a year agoMe and my girly went here on a mall trip together, and oh my gosh, this place is too good. All the food is so real and the cashier is so nice he liked my name 😭. BEST. FOOD.

a year agoMy only complaint was that the cashier disappeared into the back a lot and they lost a few customer that weren't sure if they were open. However my burger was huge, hot and fresh. My fries were crispy despite being covered in cheese. They don't skimp on toppings. The portions are huge and it was very delicious.
