We had a fantastic experience at Fuji Restaurant. We ordered the Godzilla Roll, kimchi fries, calamari, and the garlic chicken ramen, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Godzilla Roll was fresh and flavorful with excellent presentation. The kimchi fries were loaded with flavor and perfectly balanced, and the calamari was crispy and cooked just right. The garlic chicken ramen had a rich, savory broth with tender chicken and was incredibly satisfying. You can tell they take pride in both quality and presentation. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Fuji Restaurant and we will definitely be coming back.
While menu is pretty large, it was just ok. The chicken karaage taste was a little off. Good entree presentation. Ramen portion is smaller compared to other restaurants. The Tonkatsu broth lacked the typical creaminess. It was still flavorful and the chashu was tasty. While the sushi menu seemed expansive, it lacked some options if you prefer cooked options - limited tempura and cooked shellfish sushi options.
I love Fuji Ramen! Always a great place to come eat any time with lots of menu options. They just updated their menu with new menu items and lower prices too! Very excited to come in and try the new menu items next time. Staff is always kind and place is very clean. Today’s lunch on the go is spicy salmon rolls, smoked salmon nigiri’s and a passion fruit green tea with strawberry and mango popping boba. 10/10 would recommend. Come check them out!
