a week agoI just wanted to say thank you again for hosting us at Gaia—what an incredible experience. Your restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the entire evening felt so thoughtfully curated from start to finish. The food was truly amazing. Every course was perfectly crafted, and you could really feel the intention and care behind each dish. It made for such a memorable night, and we’re so grateful you shared it with us. We’ll definitely need to celebrate together again soon—looking forward to the next one already

a week agoWe just had a great experience on Monday night , a new 5 star restaurant in south beach “GAVA” starting with greeting at the door , very welcoming ,and service people and continue with a great menus .. their appetizers , Maine dishes specially stake and desert .. all wonderful and ofcourse ambiance and decor was so warm and inviting .. we will go back again and recommend it as well ..

a week agoFrom the moment you walk in, the experience begins. The host staff are impeccably dressed, the hallways are spotless, and the overall aesthetic is elegant and refined. Bacilias was especially welcoming, offering thoughtful recommendations and guiding us through the menu with expertise. Our waitress, Paloma, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, bilingual, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The service team, including Juan and John, delivered each dish with a level of care and elegance that elevated the entire evening. Even small details didn’t go unnoticed—Julia kept the restrooms pristine, which speaks volumes about the restaurant’s standards. As for the food, it was simply exquisite.Chef Izu Ani truly exceeded expectations. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, every dish impressed with its flavor, texture, and beautiful presentation. The cocktails were equally well-crafted and complemented the meal perfectly. The ambiance tied everything together. The music was set at just the right volume, creating a lively yet comfortable environment where conversation flowed easily. This isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. You can truly feel the influence and quality inspired by Dubai in every bite. I can’t wait to return and will absolutely continue recommending this place.

a week agoMy dinner experience was one best I’ve experienced in miami. From start to finish our server Ethan was very knowledgeable with the menu and cocktails recommendations. He even took us to the fish market and taught us about the the fish that was available. He made us feel at home and made us feel like priority The food was best the Greek cuisine I’ve ever experienced and the ambiance felt ALIVE. Will definitely be coming back very soon,Richie

a week agoWe had an unforgettable evening at this Mediterranean-Greek-Latin fusion gem in Miami Beach! The Hashemi fish was unlike anything I’ve seen—an explosion of flavors and a stunning presentation. The atmosphere was perfect—warm lighting, great music, and thoughtful decor (even the bathrooms!). We felt so welcomed by Lala, the maître d’ and Celine the manager. Eten, our server, and the food runner were amazing—so passionate, we let them choose for us. The ceviche was outstanding. We also had a perfectly tender steak and lamb chops that were just “wow.” Eten even treated us to a blueberry pie—divine! Every dish was spot on. This place is destined for success. Thank you!
