4 months agoThe food is amazing! Must try! I’ve gone twice this week to try various items off the menu and Gastronomix didn’t disappoint. Including pictures from our order on Tuesday, Feb 3 and today, Feb 8.

5 months agoTwo things I recommend are the torta cubana and the agua de mango. Torta cubana was freshly made and contained huevo, chorizo, salchicha, lettuce, tomato. The flavor was hands down one of the best I had. It has a kick to it but is not that spicy that you won't eat it. The agua de mango was delicious as well. Felt like it was freshly made also.

7 months agoLovely food truck. I had the chorizo taco and it came with radish, lime, and some spicy light green sauce. If you're in the area and you want a taco it's worth stopping by and seeing if it's your new favorite location. Granted the taco wasn't as cheap as some other tacos that I've had from food trucks (I think it was $3.50) but it was yummy.

8 months agoGreat food, highly recommended much better than other taco joints or food trucks, this guy has his tacos on point Fresh, well seasoned and very clean, me and my family will definitely come back.

10 months agoJust found this place a couple of days ago and have returned every day since. The food is absolutely incredible as well as the people running. The foodtruck are extremely nice. Everyone needs to go check it out. Hands down best food on 40/42!!!

10 months agoAte here for lunch on Saturday, wasn’t expecting much but was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavor of the food and how fast it was prepared. The food tasted so fresh. Food was sooo good I’m going back today to try the rest of the menu. Customer service 10/10. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Cannot rave about this place enough ! Best taco truck in the triangle area !
