I just had an amazing evening at Gator Cantina. The music is great, the musicians are talented, the waitresses and owners are really friendly, and the atmosphere is incredible!
I ordered two drinks, closed my tab and left a tip. The next day my credit card alerted me that my tip was unusual. I looked into it and I was being charged more tip than I actually left. Called Gators and was told manager would be in later in the day. Later was told owner will get in touch with me in a few days due to being out of town. Something does not seem right. Will be disputing charges and filing a report. Should have read other reviews first. Lesson learned.
Gators is a great place to eat and listen to live music. Great food, great stage wrapped in chicken wire. Dance floor and pool tables, great outside area as well.
Great place to grab some food, drinks and even dance the night away if you want. Great large outdoor area as well to hang out or plan your event there. The tacos are amazing. I had the beef fajita tacos and I couldn't get enough. Ill definitely be back for more.
This is a fun little bar with a dance floor and pool tables, outdoor seating, mechanical bull riding. They have the best chicken tacos (like street tacos) with rice and beans. My husband loves the beef tacos.
Fun place! Karaoke on Tuesday nights. We tried the elotes, beans, rice, shredded beef , asada taco, and fajita beef tacos. The asada were our favorite! I believe the tacos are $2 on Tuesdays as well. We will definitely be back! Cool outside area but was to chilly to enjoy it. The singers for karaoke is behind a cage/chicken wire, like from the movie Roadhouse. Definitely go check it out!
Great atmosphere and wonderful place to grab a beer with the buddies. They have live music, tacos and burritos. Area with lots of memorabilia things to look out on the walls. Stuffed animals and a stage very similar to that on roadhouse with Patrick Swayze. Such a great atmosphere you have to see this place.
Just in the neighborhood and stopped for a drink as the establishment looked very interesting and unique. It definitely was, throughly enjoyed my short visit there. I had already ate so did not have any food but what I saw looked appetizing and well prepared. I was there in the afternoon and there many families there with young children, some doing cartwheels on the dance floor. It looks more like a bar than a restaurant but it appears that all ages are welcome. There are so many signs from old clubs such as J&J Blues Bar, it's fun just to walk around and look at the memorabilia. They have a nice outdoor area where dogs are welcome. Plan to go back soon to eat and will keep you updated. But, if your looking for a unique place to spend a few hours, definitely check it out!
