I was grateful to find Phillip, on a Sunday, when I was panicking about how to deal with my computer that wouldn’t connect to the internet in the middle of searching for my next consulting assignment! He was knowledgeable and calm, helped me find an external device that will get me back on line quickly, and promised to fix the internal problem over a weekend so I can continue to pursue new opportunities without significant interruption. You know the scenario...Computer crashes in the middle of an important deadline and you can't even turn it on...Panic sets in and you Google "PC tech repair" and I come across a local, well reviewed small shop that is miraculously open and taking calls at 6pm on a Friday. Phil answers and after I explain my situation, he confidently stated he can fix it. Of course I asked if I could bring it immediately, he said yes, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours.
