Had the older Asian lady at the cashier stare me down after asking me if I had paid for my drinks (which I did)..even after confirming this, she decided to come to me as I'm sitting down eating my food to say I had not paid for the correct drink. I went back to pay the difference but found it very unpleasant to have my meal interrupted. Bad experience, Poor customer service overall and quite honestly the food was not that great to have tolerated that.
I would avoid. Kimpab was cold and rice was hard. Very expensive for junk.
I always come here even if it’s just for a soda or kimbap , today I came and there was a new cashier and she was so rude to my mother and i. She was white and blonde, we are so used to the older nice lady. When we went she said “what do you want” and when I was going to pay she said paid here *pointing to the card thing* when I clearly handed her cash, does this place not accept cash anymore? It also gave me an option for a tip which I declined because of the service she provided. — When she gave the kimbap she gave us a tray which I said I didn’t need and she yanked it and threw the kimbap that I purchased with my own money on the counter. I was shocked, does she not like Asian people? Does she not like working? Maybe me not tipping made her mad? I don’t know but I will not be coming here again.
