We as the Briscoe family just love coming to Gerard’s. The sausage links are just like they used to taste. We travel all the way back home from Texas to get our fix of some good BBQ.
★★★★★
The Link was very greasy but after wiping it with paper towels and squeezing the excess grease from it, it was good. The rice and beans were very dry, but the potato salad was good. I'm upset at myself because I chose this as my last meal before going on a three day water fast the first three days of February.

I had 2 link sandwiches and a sweet potatoe pie, the food was good, I took off stars because for my taste it definitely needed some sauce.
