We ordered the spare rib plate at $25 and there was hardly any meat. It was 90% fat and bones, very low quality tough meat. The macaroni salad was bland. We will not return or recommend.
Damn good! I had the Mac and the chicken and loved all of it. Perfect portion and price. I’ll be back for sure.
Okay, here's our experience. The food didn't look like the pictures. I order the kalua fries and it was very meh. It didn't have sauce, and the pork was good but there was barely any there. I wanted to share this so I was expecting a full food container cuz that's what's pictured but not what I got. We ordered a side of mac salad and omg thats bland. We order the Spam Musubi, and it was sad. I understand that spam has gotten expensive but you're charging well enough to put a proper serving. It was way too much rice and the seaweed did not taste fresh. I deconstructed it. So I'm still on the look for a good Hawaiian food is Salem. We won't order from there again.
