2 months agohusband dont eat pork beef as of 25 yrs. He recently stopped chicken and will only eat turkey. ive made so many turkey dishes the last few months since him stopping chicken and i know hes getting bored. We decided to give Gingerberry a chance since we only had it once years ago. OMG! soooooo delicious! We ordered the turkey chops, got 3 large chop, a nice large scoop of mac and cheese and mash potatoes. Weve been dragging about it all wkend. We ordered it on doordash and paid $25. thats including door dash fees so ofcourse if u go in it’s such cheaper. Superb Ginger Berry and Thank you for making my hubby happy. 6 months agoFood was just okay, the Mac n cheese needs more flavor , . They don’t tell you over the phone they accept cash only or cash app. Wait time was over an hour for food then got there and was told it’ll be ten more minutes and waited 15 more minutes. But yeah

2 years agoI came in when they where about to close and was done taking orders and I guess the lady could tell I was having a pregnancy craving and took my order .I was so thankful. My food was fresh and good . Customer service was perfect. Definitely will be back..

2 years agoGingerberry gets two thumbs up. This was our first visit in and we called in to place our order ahead of time. Our food was prepared in a timely manner. Please take note - they only accept cash and there is no atm inside of the establishment. The turkey chops were our favorite. They were very tender and perfectly seasoned with a delicious glaze sauce. The Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were yummy as well. The only disappointment was the broccoli because it tasted overcooked. Overall, definitely impressed with Gingerberry and will definitely be back again to try more dishes.

2 years agoReally wanted to try this place but no I will never buy anything from here again. My partner and I ordered 1 five pc chicken wing meal with fries and corn on the cob. We also ordered 1 catfish meal (comes with two pieces) with mac & cheese, and broccoli. Let me start with saying, looks can be deceiving. We were told that it would be 25-30 minutes, and they were a little backed up. 30 minutes later and we were waiting on the broccoli to be done which supposedly would take 5 minutes, and was told everything else was already done. That right there is a red flag, because it's strictly a takeout place. So you mean to tell me all of my food (including fries) is done and in a Styrofoam container and I still am waiting on broccoli, the one thing that takes the least amount of time to cook? When you put fries in a Styrofoam box, the longer that they sit, the more inedible they become. They get mushy and eventually hard from not being eaten right away. (Putting them in a brown bag usually preserves them better, for longer and keeps the crunch..) The broccoli took closer to ten minutes to finally be done. We literally drove to the first park, 6 minutes away, right down Jefferson to eat. The fries were completely inedible. The catfish was dry with no flavor, very thin and tasted like it had been sitting in that box for a while. When you make food that is strictly for takeout, be mindful that it has to last at least till the person gets home unless they are gonna sit in the parking lot only, to eat. The broccoli was good, & mac n cheese was good. The corn had some spice on it and the wings also looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the Styrofoam box for a while with not a lot of meat on them. The catfish is not able to be reheated the next day and I wouldn't want to eat it the next day anyways because I feel sick this morning, stomach gurgling and was in the bathroom for a while. My partner was feeling rough an hour after he ate his, last night. Honest reviews are all I write on here so don't shoot the messenger, just passing on the word. Do better & re-up on your ketchup too for those fries.

2 years agoThe best turkey burger I've ever had. It was so juicy and the bread was delicious. Everyone in my party loved their food. Definitely will be marked as one of my favorite spots.

Edited a year agoCustomer service 🗑️ I could make a new review so I had to add to this one... I just paid over $70 for two steak bit dinners. The steak taste cheap, it look like dog food and it's mad dry. I will never get this again from here. I'm so disappointed at gingerberry right now. I will however still suggest the turkey chops and the salmon but these steak bits is garbage.

4 years agoLate uploaded review: I visited Gingerberry on September 16, 2021. Let me start by saying the food was delicious! I came in during my lunch period for what I thought would be grab and go, but it was not quite what I expected. They were only taking orders through Doordash pickup, as they were a cashless facility. Signs were posted inside! Things might have changed since September, but for those who are unaware: you walk in, the young lady behind the glass politely greets you, you order from doordash on your cellular device, and you wait for your food as if you just ordered face to face. Might I add, the food came quick, and the salmon was hot!
