See All ReviewsNew waitress so the service was a little scattered. The Italian beef was pretty good, needed to be wetter. But for being in ohio it wasn't bad. I'll be back to gat another one.
This place came highly reccomend and I will say that the pizza and the meatballs lived up to expectations. Both fantastic. The place was clean and the service was wonderful. We were seated quickly. Order taken immediately and food brought out quickly. Drinks were refilled the moment they were low. It loses a star because of the atmosphere. Not because there is anything wrong with the interior, per se...but the booths. They are so small. The perimeter of the dining room is packed with booths meants for people under 5'8". ZERO leg room.... you are squished between the booth and the table. To kake matters worse, the booths move! You can feel every movement made by the party behind you. It makes for an incredibly uncomfortable dining experience. There is no reason other than cost cutting to make patrons sit like this. Sit at the bar or at the low top deal.
Why do I waste my time trying to go here. We tried to go here last night for a nice dinner. We haven't been here forever, and I have a lot of people telling me the place has improved. I don't see it. We arrived and you can't tell from the outside of the place is open. So we went inside and stood at the host stand for over 5 minutes. We were never greeted by anyone, although four employees in the kitchen area could see us and did look at us multiple times. Yet no one went to get anyone to help us nor did any of them take the initiative to try to help us themselves; they just stood there talking amongst themselves and socializing, leaning against the counter, with the occasional glances our way. Completely and utterly disrespectful. Why should I waste my time going to this place if this is how the staff behaves? I can only imagine how bad the food might be based on this behavior. Due to tonights experience - I'll probably never go here again.
