I paid for double noodles and got a portion not even close to the usual regular size without the extra noodles. Guy at the register is so rude. The guy adding the veggies was trained by him. Now there’s a limit to how many toppings you can add. This used to be one of my favorite places to come. Now I have to suggest you AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THE CHEF WAS THE ONLY POLITE ONE.
Terrible service. We asked for extra meat and he ignored our question without confirming if we would get extra. We asked again and he replied with a snobby attitude. Since Covid, the customer service plummeted extremely. We can no longer make our own portions, talk about a rip off. And there are limits to how many scoops we can add.
Horrible service, was ordering food and the guy said “Are you scared to talk or what? I can’t hear you”. When I was speaking in a mannered tone, horrible and very disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone only if you would like to be talked to disrespectfully. Very unprofessional, and uncalled for.
