I stopped here with my 2 daughters around 6pm and the “closed” sign was up. I was about to pull out when I saw a man in the car next to me flagging me down. Turns out he worked there (I have a feeling he was the owner). He said they just sold out, but said there was actually one large chocolate cupcake left and he’d be happy to go grab it for my girls to share. So he turned off his car and ran back in to grab the cupcake for my daughters, and didn’t even charge me. He really went above and beyond, and it made our night. The cupcake was delicious (from the one bite my kids let me have:))! We'll definitely be back.
I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this cupcake place on two separate occasions, and I must say that both visits left me extremely disappointed. The first time I encountered their cupcakes was at a nonprofit community event, where their cupcakes were absolutely fantastic. I was thrilled with the flavor and taste, and it was a delightful treat. However, my subsequent visits were nothing short of a disaster. It came to my attention that the owner's son and husband were responsible for making the cupcakes, not the owner herself. This change in hands clearly affected the quality in a negative way. I received two batches of cupcakes that were nothing short of awful. They were dry, flavorless, and nothing like the initial experience I had. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment, I was told that I could get a refund because I had paid in cash, and they even offered to remake the cupcakes. Frankly, I didn't want another batch of poorly made cupcakes, and I requested a refund. Unfortunately, that's where the disappointment continued. No one from the establishment ever followed up with me regarding my refund. This lack of communication and customer service is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a local business. If you're considering spending your money here, be prepared for inconsistent quality and a complete lack of accountability. It's a shame that the initial great experience was never replicated, and it makes me question the integrity of this place as a reliable cupcake provider. Proceed with caution if you value your taste buds and your money.
The location was very beautifully decorated. The cupcake was good. Would be a great location for a birthday party. Great photo ops. Staff was very nice.
