2 stars how sad is that? I really hate people. You have heard the graffiti and garbage complaints already so moving on to the other bad things: The trails... well they weren't great either being honest. The "main" trail is fine, it's wide and gravel. The other trails are more like well worn game trails ( which I prefer), but you have to use decent trail markers, signs would also be nice. The basic paint markers I saw were worn and many were placed on small essentially sapling trees, which makes no sense. No extra trail markers at the intersections and the farther you get from the from parking lot the worse and more overgrown (+down trees) the trails get. The loop south of the Southern Overlook, doesn't even exist or I couldn't find it and I was staring at All Trails on my phone. I don't know who is in charge of this park, but seriously?
The trail itself was enjoyable. A quick half mile trek in and back out. The overlook was cool. My biggest issues would be all the trash, including poopy underwear hanging in the trees. I'm assuming it came from the same person who spray painted Anti-Trump & Elon messages all over the park (as well as "Smile" & "Love wins", ironic huh). Everyone on the trail was friendly. The trash and graffiti really knock this place down to a 3 star from an enjoyable 5 star experience.
