Super homey, great prices, food is always fresh and hot. Their cafe de olla is the best ever and it’s super authentic food. They have traditional and deep fried Gorditas as well as other items. Plenty of filings and their agua Fresca is also great. Food comes out fast and employees are friendly and helpful. They always have plenty of help. Only tough part is their parking is super limited but totally worth it.
The gorditas are absolutely delicious! Definitely the best I've had in a while. Location is quite small, so it gets full quickly. But overall, the food was amazing 👏
Did lunch three times since there's only a lunch menu. Awesome food at a good price. Sopes are good but the Gordiats hit the spot. My favorite is Picadillo on corn, mixed with the green salsa and its amazing. Unfortunately its a bad overall experiences. Hardly any parking. It was crowded, people bumping into each other, too loud from music and people, I couldn't hear my waitress, and the mechanical system(s) are a fail. They have an a/c duct system and ductless mini splits throughout along with ceiling fans and its still warm inside. On two visits food took over 30 minutes to get. First visit my order was wrong, probly because its noisy, second visit waitress spilled food on my back, probably because its crowded. On third visit I was seated at a table that wasn't cleaned but the whole place isn't that clean overall. The good: food and price. Gorditas are packed. The bad: everything else.
