We got the tacos de bistek and enchiladas everything was delicious big portions as well!! Ran into some difficulties with our order but the workers made sure to explain what happened and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy!! Definitely recommend!! Salsas and chips with the beans were top tier as well
Food is great however, the service is terrible. Every time I go the cashier Sarahy treats us horrible, she’s always making faces like if her taking our order isn’t her job. My family and I aren’t being rude to anyone there, my son saw her and who is a regional manager according to the other workers flirt and be handsy and since then she’s been rude. This is a great restaurant but that woman being there and being mad at child seeing her do things you shouldnt do instead of focusing on her job honestly gives the restaurant a horrible image. Will definitely not be going back anymore and hopefully they take our picture (that she instead we took)down.
My husband and I really like El Chilito; the food is delicious, and we've recommended it to friends. However, this morning we went and had a bad experience with the service. The young woman who served us wasn't the same one who usually serves us, and the service was terrible. We felt like she didn't want to serve us, and we asked for some salsas, but she never brought them. We hope this doesn't happen again and that we can return.
