To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding Order DE28F placed through Uber Eats. The order included two drinks, as clearly listed on the receipt and order description. However, when the Uber driver arrived, only one drink was provided. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the staff member I spoke with stated that my request for the missing drink was “too much” and referenced customer notes instead of the actual receipt and order details. This response was both unprofessional and dismissive. I was not asking for anything extra—only the items that were already paid for and listed on the order. Additionally, the call ended without any apology or attempt to resolve the situation, which left me feeling unheard and disrespected as a customer. I am simply requesting that this matter be reviewed so that future customers receive accurate orders and courteous service. A basic level of professionalism and accountability should be expected when handling customer concerns. Please advise on how this will be addressed. Sincerely, Woody
My pancakes wasn’t fully cooked so I took them back into Grandy’s to get them right. The attitude the waitress gave me concerning my food that I paid for with the expectation that my food would be ready and served appropriately was very unsettling. The food usually be served and cooked well but this one particular waitress needs to treat the customer with respect especially when comes to a person who is spending their money for particular service.
Evil Grandy's fr. I got lightly rear-ended in the drive through & they gave me chili cheese fries when I wanted that smooth cheese experience. "squeeze or sliced" is hazing. Who in their right minds wants one slice of cheese for a whole fries??? The lady apologized profusely while her partner (?) held his face. I was eating my fries in the parking lot and when they pulled around he was driving and she was nowhere to be seen. I forgive her and hope she is okay.... Definitely go to the Holbrook one. Best Coney in the D. But open at 3 AM so god bless them holding it down.
