6 years agoIt is a decent enough place to eat and I found the wings to be very hearty portions but the sauce was a little uninspired. The buffalo tasted like Frank's Buffalo sauce and while I like Frank's sauce I expected something other than bottled sauce. The pricing was fair and the staff was friendly.

7 years agoGood barbecue in a No-Frills restaurant setting. You come here for the food not the atmosphere. The meat dishes were excellent and the food came out in an orderly manner however the salad well don't bother with a salad here... Salad with subpar. Had the rib tips, smelts, pulled pork BBQ fries and Cobb salad. Will definitely be back for other meat dishes. Price is fair for everything they serve and they also have some pretty good specials of the day.

7 years agoThis place is seriously amazing. It's not just the wings, everything on the menu is top notch. Pictured is the patty melt. The smoked ribs are really something else. Even things down to the lemonade, ice tea, and sauces are homemade. If you haven't been here, go. I hope this place sticks around for a good long while.

7 years agoGreat place with fantastic food! I came in and it was dead on a Wednesday near 5pm. I placed a to go order but I came in way earlier than the time I put in. The cook said he can start on it right away, and it was done quickly! Comfortable tables and booths, fantastic food! Ordered fried mushrooms, perch, smelt, half a chicken, and a salad. Everything was very good, the perch was nice size pieces and the chicken had a great smoked flavor! Definately will be back, but I must admit the parking lot is small and sloped. If you have walking problems it could be a trick to get a good spot! Russ's next door didn't do them any favors and seemed to do their very best not to share the lot.

Edited 7 years agoThis place is great, it may be winter but here you will find some great smoked BBQ as well as other awesome food to bring you back to summer. I had their smoked pork ribs yesterday for dinner with a little bit of sweet BBQ sauce (which I used mainly for my fries) and it was exactly what I needed. Delicious. You guys are awesome all the way around! I also met the owner and it's great when the owner is there taking pride in the business. Precisely what we need in our community, local gems with amazing quality of food, service, and cleanliness!

8 years agoIt looks like a chain restaurant, but this is a deceiving little gem tucked away in Grandville, Michigan. The wings are delicious! I would put them up there with some of the best wings I've had. Give this place a try and also support local business.

8 years agoExcellent wings! I think the garlic Parmesan wings are the best in town. But don’t forget to try their Greek salad or hot dogs. Also very good. Friendly and fast service.
