6 months agothis is one of my favorite bakeries in the whole state! I always come here for lunch and get a big tone sandwich. the ingredients are so fresh and my favorite part is that they make the mozzarella in house!! I also truly enjoy their decadent desserts. the black out cake is literally the best cake i’ve ever had. finally, their service is outstanding! everyone who works there is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will come back to this bakery again and again 😍😍😍

6 months agoFood very good, service friendly,though they put my sandwich on a roll rather than the bagel I asked for. A minor negative is that the eat in tables are in bright sunshine, a little uncomfortable and. Another negative was the drink selection had mostly soda, very little juices and iced tea. 7 months agoI was back in town showing my wife the old neighborhood I grew up in and I wasn’t leaving til we hit a good Italian bakery. This place was practically walking distance from my childhood home on Lloyd Rd. I wish they had been around when I lived there because everything we got was delicious. We tried the cannoli and some cookies/pastries. Great stuff and the tall dude behind the counter couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming. Hope to be back someday soon!

a year agoI just moved to the area and I was CRAVING Italian pastries this morning. These were the BEST pastries I’ve ever had!!! When it arrived to my house it was still warm. Beautiful presentation and delicious! 10/10. We also got a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich and it was amazing!!!! Ate it too fast to take a photo lol

a year agoOur first time trying this place, we got the cannoli french toast and it was sooo good . Home fries were the best, jelly donut was 10/10 !!! Very nice customer service . Only thing is i wish they had a coffee menu !

3 years agoGreat place for some amazing sandwiches and/or some coffee with a good variety of bakery items. The owners of Guzzo’s trusted me to paint their windows for the holidays and throughout the process of doing so I was treated like family. Everyone working there does a great job of making you feel welcome. And the food is outstanding. I highly recommend the potato eggwich and a turkey and bacon sandwich! Once you try this place, I guarantee you’ll be back. Check them out! Thanks again Guzzo family, I hope everyone loves the paintings :)

3 years agoAmazing bakery... Originally... we stopped by for a few Cannoli. Instead, I left with... Coffee, Hot doughnuts, Killer breakfast sandwich, a Lobster tail, tons of Cookies, hot French bread, Hot brioche, eclairs, and we bought out all their large CANNOLI! By far the best! IF YOU DON'T COME HERE, YOU WILL MISS OUT! Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful and all my compliments to Nick!

3 years agoThis place really needs to be spoken about more often. They really brought Brooklyn to NJ with their tasty unique pastry's and bread you cant find anywhere else. Not only are their sandwich's top tier , I come every weekend to pick up their cakes and rainbow cookies for sunday dinner. Thank you for finally bringing a great spot to NJ , ending the theory that we dont have good bread !
