This place is great! I recommend this place. I work nearby and it is my go-to restaurant for lunch and supper. I especially like the owner’s (Hussain) kindhearted attitude. There was this one time I didn’t have enough money and he let me order and paid him a day later. He’s such an awesome guy. The overall staff is just well-mannered and have one of the best customer services out there. Highly recommend this restaurant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Gyro Hut 2.0 in Cedar Rapids! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and full of great energy. The staff was super friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was perfect. The food? Absolutely top tier. I ordered a gyro combo and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. The pita was fresh and soft, and the toppings were crisp and balanced perfectly. Their sauce really takes it to another level—creamy, flavorful, and not overpowering. I also tried a side and a drink, and everything came out fresh and quickly. You can tell they take pride in quality and consistency. Portions are generous too, so you definitely get your money’s worth. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail—not just in the food, but in the overall experience. The place was spotless, the service was fast, and the vibe made it somewhere I’d actually want to come back to regularly. If you’re anywhere near Cedar Rapids and craving a solid gyro or just great food in general, Gyro Hut 2.0 is a must-try. Easily one of the best spots in the area. I’ll definitely be back!
