Wish this man luck and success, this is not an easy spot to hold down. I’ve tried all the halal carts SE of Broad and Market. This one has the best quality chicken and balance of spices. Sauces aren’t overwhelming and taste as good as some sit in dining restaurants. He’s holding prices for a plate lunch under $10 for as long as he can. Walk up stand is best, tough for pickup orders via car (busy intersection with no pullover space). Value & tasty, I take the hike to avoid the one sitting in front of Jefferson.
